The Long-Range Transportation Plan is approved by the COT in accordance with <u>29 Del. C § 8419 (3)</u> of the Delaware Code before being provided to the FHWA and FTA for informational purposes. All updates made to the Long-Range Transportation Plan require public review and comment and approval by both the FHWA and FTA.
